空港到着後の流れ、ホテル滞在について（K L I A） １１月１日現在/ Procedures after Arriving at the Airport and Info about Quarantine
こんにちは。今回は、空港（K L I A）到着後の流れ、ホテル滞在について１１月１日に私がマレーシアに入国した際のステップをまとめました。
空港到着後
1. Q Rコードの提示されている場所まで行き、My SejahteraアプリでQ Rを読み込む
- アプリ上でしか読み込めないコードになっているので、アプリの登録を事前に済ませてください。
- アプリ登録の際の注意点などは下記リンクのステップ１０に記載しております
- 空港内で記入するアンケートの情報は、滞在ホテル（プレミアムパッケージ）を予約しているか、いないかで異なります。
- プレミアムパッケージを予約した場合は、そのホテルの住所を記入
- プレミアムパッケージを予約していない場合は、まだどのホテルに滞在するか決められていないので、住所の欄には空港の住所を記入

- 記入が終わったら、Safari上に記入した情報がまとめて出てきます(Maklumat Check-in)。この画面と、アプリのprofile画面にあるHome Surveillance Orderという赤い画面、check-inの画面をスクリーンショットする
- スタッフにスクリーンショットを見せたらその先のバスに乗り込む（電車は動いていません）
- バス降車後、先ほどのスクリーンショットをスタッフに提示
- P C R テスト用の書類記入（左上のシールに名前とパスポート番号、書類に名前、マレーシアの電話番号（ない場合はマレーシアの知人の番号など）を記入
- PCRテスト
- イミグレーションオフィス前でLOU以外の書類提出(Travel authorization and entry permission)、名前が呼ばれるのを待つ（名前が呼ばれたら書類も一緒に返ってきます）
- LOUをイミグレ外のカウンターにて提出（cashかcardで支払うかを聞かれます）
- 次のカウンターにて支払い後、レシートともう一つ紙をもらう（ピンクとオレンジ）
- イミグレーションオフィスの中のカウンターにおいてあるカゴにパスポートと9でもらった紙を提出（セキュリテイがいないので提出するレシートなどの写真を撮っておくことをお勧めします）
- 名前が呼ばれたら、旅券などを提出、レシートとパスポートを返してもらいます
- イミグレーションのゲート（普段指紋などを取られる場所に移動）、パスポートを見せる
- ゲート通過後、Q Rコードを読み取り、情報記入（健康状態など）、カウンターのスタッフに名前を聞かれます（ここでお水などももらえます）
- この先のソファーで待機（ホテルを予約したか、していないかで違う場所に座ります）
- 名前を呼ばれたら、departure した空港（成田）を伝え、その列に並びます（荷物受け取りのため）
- 荷物を受け取り、出口で待機
- 外に出たらバスのスタッフに手持ちのバックとスーツケースを全て並べる様に言われます（消毒のため）
- 手持ちの荷物を持ってバスに乗り込む
（滞在先のホテルはどこか教えてくれませんでした）
- ホテル到着
- アプリでQ Rコードを読み取った後チェックイン
- 部屋まで一人ずつ案内されます
場合によっては、空港到着からホテルへのチェックインまで２ー5時間程度かかるので、本や映画などを用意しておくと良いと思います！（私は土曜日の便だったので５時間ほどかかりました)
ホテル到着後
- チェックイン時にもらった用紙にホテルのマネージャーの番号が書いてあるので、whatsAppに番号を登録、リクエストや質問などできます
- 毎日朝10時までにMyShjahteraアプリのhome画面のThings to doのところに出てくる健康チェックをします（3問ともnoと答えれば問題なし、記入を忘れるとあとで電話で質問されます）
- 三日目にスタッフが部屋に来て、書類にサイン、リストバンドを付けられます
ホテルでの生活、あると良いものなど
- ゴミは指定の袋に入れて、部屋の外に置きます（私のホテルでは午後のみの回収です）
- マレーシアのsimが期限切れになってしまったので友達にホテルに届けてもらいました。指定の時間までに届ければ、警察の方が中身を確認後、部屋に届けて貰えます（ご飯などは個人が調理したもの、ノンハラルフードは禁止です）
- 何かデリバリーをしてもらうときは、部屋番号と名前を届けてもらう方に伝えておきます
- Grab foodも使用可能ですが、fastfoodのみで、指定の時間までにフロントに届けなければいけません
- Hilton Garden Inn Puchongではアメニティは揃っていますが、歯ブラシはありません。タオルも2つのみです。アメニティが全くないホテルもあるそうなので、シャンプーなど必要なものは準備すると良いかと思います
- 電気ケトルは綺麗でない場合があるので、百円ショップなどで手に入る、洗浄剤があると便利です
- プラスチック以外のフォーク、スプーン、果物ナイフとまな板があると良いと思います（りんごなどが丸ごと出される為）
- FaceBookのMalaysia Quarantine Support Groupに事前に参加しておくと既に隔離を経験された方たちから情報を得られます。質問も可能です。
The steps after arriving at the airport (KLIA) and about staying at the hotel (1/11/2020)
Infomation here is all based on my experience. The procedures or documents you may be requried can be changed day by day. Please check the updates on EMGS website to make sure you can safely return.
Hope everyone can enter Malaysia without any issues!
1. Once you arrive at the airport, go to the location where the QR code is presented and scan itwith the My Sejahtera app and answer the questions.
*you may need to scan the code on the app, so please register MySejahtera App befor your flgiht date. Please refer this link (step 10) for your registration.
In this app, you will be asked about your personal infomation (at the airport).
- If you book a premium package hotel, fill out the address of your hotel. If you go for the normal package, you still do not know where you will be assigned, so fill in the airport address.
- If you use KLIA, you may fill out

2. After completing the questionnaire, press submit, then it will bring you to a website. Take a screenshot of the web page (Maklumat Check-in), the red screen called Home Surveillance Order on the profile in the app, and the check-in screen in the app as well. (one from web, two from the app)
3. After showing the screenshot to the airport staff, get on the bus ahead (trains are not available)
4. After getting off the bus, show the screenshot to the staff again
5. Fill out the PCR test documents (if you do not have Malaysian phone number, you may write a phone number of your Malaysian friends or staff of your institution

7. Submit documents other than LOU in front of the immigration office and wait for your name to be called (when your name is called, the documents will be returned together)
8. Submit LOU at a counter outside immigration (you will be asked if you want to pay with cash or card)
9. After paying at the next counter, get a receipt and another piece of paper (pink and orange color)
10. Submit your passport and the paper you received at 9 into the basket at the counter in the immigration office (it is recommended to take a photo as there is no security)
11. Once your name is called, submit your flight ticket, your travel authorization letter and entry permission.
12. Your receipt and passport will be returned at this point.
13. Go to the immigration gate (move to a place where you are usually asked to givefingerprints).
14. After passing through the gate, read the displayed QR code, fill in your information (health status, etc.)
15. The staffs at the counter will ask you for your name (you can also get water here).
16. Wait (sit in a different place depending on whether you booked the hotel or not)
17. When one of the staffs call your name, you can go to pick up your luggage and wait at the exit.
18. The bus staff will ask you to line up all your bags and luggage (for sanitizing purpose)
19. Get on the bus (they didn't tell me which hotel to go)
20. Arrival at the hotel and Check-in after scanning the QR code with the app.
You will be guided to the room one by one
Infomation and Tips for Quarantine
- Keep your documents and receipt even after the quarantine to prove you went 14days quaratnine
- In some cases, it takes about 2-5 hours from arrival at the airport to check-in at the hotel, so it's a good idea to bring a book or download movies ready. (in my case, it took about 5 hours as it was a Saturday flight)
- After arriving at the hotel, the manager's number will be provided, so you can register the number on whatsApp, request or ask questions.
- Submit your health condition on Mysejahtera App under Things to do on the home screen by 10 am every day (if you forget to fill in, you will be asked by phone call later)
- On the third day, the staff came to my room to sign the documents and put on the wristband.
- My Malaysian sim card has expired, so I asked my friend to deliver it to the hotel. If your friends can deliver by the designated time, the police will check the contents and deliver it to your room (foods cooked by individuals and non-halal foods are prohibited)
- Grab food is also available, but only fast food can be delivered to the front desk by the designated time
- Hilton Garden Inn Puchong offers amenities but no toothbrush. There are only two towels as well. It seems that some hotels do not have amenities at all, so I suggest you to prepare necessary items such as shampoo, face cream, dried foods, coffee and tea.
- The electric kettle may not be clean. I suggest you to bring washing soap or clearning agent for the kettle.
- I suggest you to bring a fork, spoon, fruit knife and cutting board other than plastic (fruits are served but they are not cut for you
- Join the Malaysia Quarantine Support Group on Facebook in advance to get information from those who have already experienced quarantine. You can also ask questions on the page. Very useful.
マレーシアへの入国申請手順（既存の留学生の場合）Procedure of Travel to Malaysia (International Students)
マレーシアへの入国申請手順（既存の留学生の場合）English version is below
これは私が１１月１日に入国した際の情報です。
ルールなど変わることも十分あり得るので、新しい情報はEMGSや大学などと確認をお願いします。
1. 大学のインターナショナルオフィスに連絡
2. チケットを予約する（私がマレーシアに戻った際は、KLIAとKLIA2のみ使用可能でした）
注意：渡航許可書(Travel Authorization Letter)を受け取るまでに時間がかかるので、ステップ３の渡航許可を申請する日から大体三週間以降のフライトチケットを予約することをお勧めします）
3. 下記のサイトからEMGS（Education Malaysia)へ入国許可(Travel Authorization)申請をします

4. おおよそ二週間程度で申請結果を受け取れます(入国許可(Travel Authorization)を受け取ります）

5. 申請許可が下りたら、travel authorization letter と LOU (Letter of Undertaking)を在日本マレーシア大使館にメールで提出します
注意 1:渡航日から最低三日前までに提出してください（早ければ早いほど良いです！）
注意 2: LOUはマレーシアでの１４日間のホテル隔離の支払いの約定書です(書き方はまた他のブログで紹介します）EMGSのサイトからダウンロードできます。
11月４日現在、留学生はRM5010 の支払いが必要です
費用詳細：
隔離施設運営費：RM2600
PCRと抗体検査費：RM310
ホテル代：RM150＊１４日間＝Rm２１００
6. マレーシア大使館から入国許可書を受け取る（Letter of Approval（Entry Permit))
7. 入国許可書（Letter of Approval（Entry Permit)),
渡航許可書（travel authorization letter） と LOU (Letter of Undertaking)の３つのファイルをA4でプリントします。サイズの縮小、拡大したものは使えません。モノクロ印刷可です。
８. 大学のオフィスに再度連絡します。
9. 渡航費RM5010を用意します
全てのデビットカードとAMEX,JCBのクレジットカードは使用できません。
（VISA,マスターのクレジットカードは使用可）
大きな額を支払わなければいけないので、利用限度額を確認することをお勧めします！
また、支払いをできないと、最悪日本に帰国させられることになるので、現金を用意することをお勧めします。マレーシア空港内の換金所は使用できません。
10. 航空券、パスポート、入国許可書（Letter of Approval（Entry Permit)), 渡航許可書（travel authorization letter), LOU (Letter of Undertaking) とMy Sejahteraアプリをインストールしたスマートフォンを用意して空港へ向かいます。
My Sejahteraアプリは事前にインストール、登録する必要があります。
- 登録する個人情報は全て隔離後に使用するマレーシアでの情報でなければいけません。（マレーシアの電話番号、住所など）
- アプリ登録時に記入する健康状態に関するアンケートの回答に不備があると最悪入国できない可能性もあるので、必ずSubmitを押す前に見直すようにしてください！
ここまでが渡航前までの入国に必要な手順です！
マレーシア政府が入国に関してのルールを変える可能性も高いので、学校のオフィススタッフやEMGSのアップデートを渡航日まで毎日確認する様にしてください。

Procedure of Travel to Malaysia (International Students).
Before read the contents, please be aware that this is only my personal experience and infomation, and rules for entry can be changed day by day. Please check the update of EMGS and also talk to your institution for your clarification.
1. Visit EMGS site & confim that you are not from any of the barred countries.
2. Read the latest bulletin (21st October) and oldest one (29th July).
3. Inform your institution (international office).
4. Purchase your flight ticket.
(make sure you choose a flight date which is roughly three weeks from the time of your registration as it may take time to receive permission)

6. Receive Travel authorization letter from EMGS and download LOU (Letter of Undertaking).
I will share in another post about what should be written in LOU.
LOU is to agree with the payment for 14days quarantine at hotel.
As of November 4, international students are required to pay RM5010
Cost details: Isolation facility operating costs: RM2600
PCR and antibody testing costs: RM310
Hotel fee: RM150 * 14 days = Rm2100
I suggest you bring cash as if you face any problems at the airport counter, you might not be allowed to enter Malaysia.
Only cash and credit card (cannot use AMEX, JCB or other local brands card) are accepted.
You cannot use excahnge counter at the airport. (in Malaysia)
7. Send Travel authorization letter and LOU to your nearest embassy of Malaysia in your country (via email) at least three days before your flight (ASAP)
8. Receive Entry Permission from Embassy of Malaysia.
9. contact your instituion again.
10. Print out travel authorization letter, LOU and Entry Permission (A4)
you can print out black and white, but DO NOT enlarge or shrink
I suggest you to print out few of them for backup.
11. Install My Sejahtera App on your phone.
- you need to register in this app before your flight
- this app is intended to use within Malaysia, all infomation should be in Malaysia. (phone nubmer, adress etc.)
12. Go to the airport with your documents and My Sejahtera App!
